Collective effectiveness: drawing inspiration from others, learning by doing.

Drawing inspiration from highly effective teams can be a source of progress for oneself and one's own teams. Since 2018, with my colleagues and friends, Michel Tognini, astronaut at NASA, ESA & Roscosmos, and former head of the European Astronaut Centre at ESA, and Ronan Perego, ex-operative, selector and trainer at the elite police tactical unit GIGN of France, we have created and continuously improve support modules for leaders and team members, at HEC Paris. The main purpose of these modules, which we constantly improve, is to help them discover their potential and push their limits, in order to develop the performance and well-being of their teams.

Who I am

At HEC Paris Executive Education, I have been facilitator of collective performance depuis 2011, certified executive coach since 2015 (and coach trainer), adjunct professor and academic director. I also coordinate programs at Paris-Saclay University (Polytech).

I previously held international executive/senior management positions at Apple (software & iPod), VELUX (light and natural ventilation), and Pinnacle Systems (video editing). I began my career as an engineer in the field of space research (at the French Aerospace Lab ONERA), and since the age of 13, I have enjoyed coding and creating my own technological tools to help humans.

I am fortunate to be the father of 4 children and I am passionate about sailing with my family in turquoise seas.

- powerful and original practical exercises, in teams

- processes of feedback / learning quite similar to those of astronauts

- practical tools, derived from the world of research, to reuse in your job

- professional coaching support techniques

- the opportunity to better know yourself

- the chance to work on your real issues

- the likelihood of increasing your 4 trust categories

- the goal of increasing collective performance and well-being of your teams

- all of this at HEC Paris, or at your place or elsewhere (indoors or outdoors)
